If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, open Store (or Settings) in MahjongWoo and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

This restores Remove Ads, cosmetic packs and bundles. Coin packs are consumable — they're credited once at purchase and can't be restored.

If a purchase went through but you don't see it:

1. Check your internet connection and tap Restore Purchases.
2. Fully quit and reopen the app.
3. Still missing? Email us with the date of purchase and the receipt Apple emailed you, and we'll sort it.

Coins, unlocks and stats sync through your iCloud account — see section 7.

All payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

MahjongWoo is free and ad-supported. Banners appear only on menu screens — never during a game — and full-screen ads between games are spaced out by a cooldown.

The one-time Remove Ads purchase clears banners and interstitials permanently and adds a small daily coin bonus. Optional rewarded ads stay available so you can still claim their rewards — and with Remove Ads, the dead-end rescue reshuffle becomes free with no ad at all.

• Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then toggle MahjongWoo.
• Ad personalisation: manage it at Google Ad Settings.

Declining doesn't remove ads — it makes them non-personalised. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

MahjongWoo can remind you that a daily reward is waiting or that a Daily Challenge streak is about to lapse. Turn them on or off in Settings → Reminders inside the app, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → MahjongWoo.

These are local notifications created on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

MahjongWoo syncs through iCloud, so your coins, unlocks, stats, achievements and saved game follow your Apple Account:

• Sign into the same Apple Account on a new device and your progress appears automatically.
• Delete the app and reinstall it — everything comes back.
• Purchases restore separately via Restore Purchases.

Sync needs iCloud Drive switched on for MahjongWoo and an internet connection; changes made offline upload next time you're online. Signed out of iCloud, the app still works perfectly — progress just stays on that device.

Your data lives in your private iCloud database. We can't read it.

In Settings you'll find high-contrast tile symbols, a colour-blind-safe suit palette, and a Reduce Motion option that pauses animated cosmetics. The app also follows your system Reduce Motion setting, Low Power Mode, and your light/dark appearance.
